Shipping Policy

We don’t want you to settle for anything less than a seamless shopping experience. Driven by that zeal, we have come up with a hassle-free Shipping policy for our customers all across the US.

What makes our Shipping Policy Customer-Friendly?

  • Free Shipping
You don’t have to worry about paying any additional fee for the shipping. It is absolutely free of cost.

  • Insured Shipping
We offer complete insurance on all the items in the parcel, thus covering you in the event of any theft/damage/loss while they are still in the shipment.

  • Fast & Reliable Shipment Procedure
We follow a shipping procedure that you can always count on for smooth delivery of all your beloved pieces to your doorsteps:

    1. All the parcels are dispatched via UPS- our years’ long trusted delivery partner in no more than 4 to 7 business days.

    2. To maintain utmost transparency, we notify you via mail as soon as the order is dispatched from our end. We also share tracking details to help you stay updated with the progress of the shipment.

    3. In case you’re not available to receive the delivery, we also offer you the freedom to notify us beforehand, allowing us to arrange for a hold for the UPS pick-up.

    4. You can expect the parcel to reach your doorsteps within 10 to 12 business days. Our customer executive team will update you beforehand in case any delivery day is expected from our end.

  • Secure Delivery
Shielding our customers from any kind of fraud remains our topmost priority and the shipping policy that we have come up with makes it a point to stay true to that.
    1. Each item in the parcel goes through a number of quality-checks to be deemed as fit for shipping.

    2. The shipment is only handed out when it is approved by an adult signature upon delivery.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  1. The delivery service of UPS remains functional from Monday to Saturday. But in the event of a national/festive holiday, bad weather conditions or any such unforeseen circumstance, you can expect some delay in delivery.

  2. The customer is held responsible for any additional taxes incurred for the shipment such as VAT.
