Return Policy
We want you to be nothing less than a 100 % sure about your purchase. That’s what has encouraged us to facilitate you with a Return policy that is meant to make your shopping experience absolutely hassle-free.
We abide by a ‘No Questions Asked Return Policy’ that allows you to place easy returns within 30 days of the delivery for a complete refund.
How does the Return Policy Work?
- You can get in touch with our Customer Care Executive (a number to be attached) to raise a return request within 30 days of the delivery.
- It takes about 24 hours for us to acknowledge your request. Once done, we issue a fully insured, pre-paid shipping label to you via E-mail (that is to be printed & affixed to the top of your shipping box).
- You can then re-package the article in its original state (with all the paperwork intact) & ship it to us via UPS (make sure to mention the RMA on top of the box).
- Once the parcel is received from our end, each item goes through a number of quality-checks to be deemed as fit for the return, which may take about 4 to 5 business days.
- After the item(s) is approved for return, we credit the refund to you. The refund can take about 10 business days to be reflected in your account.
Terms & Conditions
- The item(s) (including free gifts) that are in their original, unused state qualify for the return. Also, please make sure to keep all the paperwork intact with the parcel.
- Items that are marked under the category of ‘Final Sales’ are not eligible for the return. They include engraved, personalized jewelry etc.
- We try our best to make the refund process as quick as possible. But in the case of any unforeseen circumstance, or national/festive holiday, bank services may remain dis-functional, which might cause some delay in processing the refund.
- In the event that you’re using a shipping label of your own, it is requested to ensure that it is completely insured since Jewels Pierce dissents any liability for stolen/damaged items, just in case.
